2021 NPS Fee-Free Days
Mark your calendars! Six days in 2021 are designated “fee-free days,” in which the entrance fee at all National Park Service sites is waived.
At Gateway Arch National Park, the $3 entrance fee included in each adult Tram Ride to the Top ticket and adult Documentary Movie ticket is waived. Plan a trip to your favorite national park or explore a place you’ve never been before!
2021 Fee-Free Dates:
- January 18: Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.
- April 17: First day of National Park Week
- August 4: First anniversary of the Great American Outdoors Act
- August 25: National Park Service Birthday
- September 25: National Public Lands Day
- November 11: Veterans Day
In the United States, there are 423 National Park Service areas, covering more than 85 million acres in every state, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
