A New Place to Bleed Blue
Beep! Beep! Beeeeeeeeep!
Blues hockey is here! The St. Louis Blues kicked off regular season play this week, and we’re so excited for the return of Louie, Towel Man, Tarasenko, Steen, Allen and the rest of the gang.
Make Game Day a full-on downtown STL experience. Before you head to the new-and-improved Enterprise Center (formerly Scottrade Center), head to Gateway Arch National Park and visit the museum, take a Tram Ride to the Top, watch the documentary movie Monument to the Dream and shop at The Arch Store.
Once that’s in the bag, it’s game time! And just like the renovations at the Arch, there is a new experience to be had at Enterprise Center. The home of the Blues recently completed the second phase of its three-part renovation. Phase I included the installation of a new (and bigger!) video board, new lighting and restrooms, as well as infrastructure and technology improvements and revamped locker rooms.
Blues fans will definitely notice Phase II renovations. The main entrance at 14th and Clark features a 4,100-square-foot retail store, a new food and beverage area and an additional 20,000 square feet of gathering space on the mezzanine level and club-seat area. A new area dubbed “The District” is a place for fans to gather before and during events. At the plaza level, the Anheuser-Busch Biergarten takes center stage with a new bar with 36 taps of A-B InBev products, as well as taps for local microbrew products. The beer garden also features a stage for live music and more.
Inside the arena, 9,000 new seats grace the upper deck.
We hope to see you bleeding blue all season. Check out the Blues’ schedule and purchase tickets online.
