Dinner Cruise Menu – 2022
Salad – House salad with tomatoes, red onions and cheese
served with ranch or balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Entrée (choice of one)
Chicken | Grilled chicken breast topped with an herb sauce served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Fish | Seared Mahi Mahi topped with mango salsa served with rice and seasonal vegetables (gluten free)
Beef | Bistro filet steak* topped with a red wine demi glaze served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetable (*All steaks will be cooked to medium – no special orders)
Vegetarian | Grilled portabella mushroom served on a bed of rice and sautéed spinach topped with roasted red bell pepper sauce (vegan and gluten free)

Wine List

Kendall Jackson Chardonnay – Lushly ripe pear and butter flavors are backed by vibrant, lemony acidity in this wine. It has good depth, medium body and a creamy texture, but stays balanced and fresh on the palate.
Kung Fu Girl Riesling – This medium-bodied Riesling has peach and fine apple aromas, a firm and fruity palate and crisp acidity that results in a well-balanced, easy to drink wine.
Mark West Pinot Noir – A delicious medium-bodied with black cherry, cola, strawberry, plum, and soft tannins.
Robert Mondavi Cabernet – A powerful wine with spicy blackberry and blueberry fruit, cinnamon, sage, coriander and tobacco flavors.
Cupcake Moscato – Vibrant and expressive with dominant floral notes and hints of bright fruit flavors – including peach, tropical fruits and lychee – this wine is soft and luscious.
Freixenet Champagne – A medium-dry with crisp fruit flavors. The aromas of apple and pear are balanced with a toasty yeast notes and floral nuances.
Augusta Chardonel – Dry White, stainless steel fermented, apple, pear, tangerine and fig bouquet, rich smooth finish.
Augusta Chambourcin – Light to medium body with fruity aromas, cherry and earthy/spicy complexities.

Soft drinks, beer and cocktails are also available for purchase on-board.
