Gateway Arch National Park Thanksgiving Holiday Hours
ST. LOUIS—Gateway Arch National Park, which includes the Gateway Arch and Old Courthouse, will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 28, 2019. The Arch and Old Courthouse will re-open on Friday, Nov. 29. On Friday, Nov. 29 and Saturday, Nov. 30, the Gateway Arch will operate in extended holiday hours of 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Old Courthouse will operate in its normal hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Riverboats at the Gateway Arch, located below the Arch on the St. Louis Riverfront, offer daily one-hour St. Louis Riverfront Cruises through December 1.
The Thanksgiving holiday weekend is a very busy time at the Gateway Arch. Those interested in taking the Tram Ride to the Top are strongly encouraged to purchase their tickets in advance at gatewayarch.com/buytickets. Visitors should arrive at the Arch at least 30 minutes ahead of their scheduled tram time. Visitors to the Arch must enter the monument at the new glass west entrance, which faces the Old Courthouse. The Arch legs are exits only. Entrance to the Arch Visitor Center and the Museum at the Gateway Arch is free.
