Happy Holidays, St. Louis!
It’s the most wonderful time of the year –
There are ice skates for renting,
And holiday concerts for attending,
And many activities full of cheer!
St. Louis Blues Holiday Toy Drive and Viewing Party
This Saturday, December 2, lace up your skates and head to Winterfest at the Arch to watch the St. Louis Blues take on the Minnesota Wild on large outdoor screens in Kiener Plaza, courtesy of Fox Sports Midwest. And be sure to bring a new, unwrapped toy for donation as part of the St. Louis Blues Toy Drive, benefiting Fire Truck O’Toys. The game starts at 5 p.m.
Note: The Winterfest at the Arch ice skating rink is open Thursdays-Sundays, from 2-9 p.m. The rink is open daily from Dec. 21-Jan. 1. The rink is open from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on December 25, and 12-7 p.m. on New Year’s Day. Entry to the rink is free, and you can bring your own approved skates or rent a pair at the rink ($12/adults; $7/kids 10 and under).

Meet the famous Anheuser-Busch Clydesdales, ice skate on the Bud Light Ice Rink, roast s’mores in a private fire pit, and sample your favorite beers at Anheuser-Busch Brewery Lights. While only guests 21+ will receive beer sampling vouchers, there’s something the whole family to enjoy! The lights will stay bright every Thursday-Sunday from 5-10p.m. until December 30th.
Missouri Botanical Garden Glow
Celebrate the holiday season with over one million dazzling lights at the Missouri Botanical Garden during its annual Garden Glow. Open through January 1, the Missouri Botanical Garden transforms into a winter wonderland with festive snacks and drinks, photo opportunities, and much more. Open daily from 5 – 10 p.m.
Celebrate the end of the holiday season as St. Louisans did in 1768 with the Twelfth Afternoon Ball on Saturday, January 6 at the Old Courthouse. From 12-4 p.m., guests can enjoy 18th-century music, food and dancing, and watch as the King and Queen of Mardi Gras are crowned.
