Springtime at the Arch
The sun is shining, flowers are blooming, and Gateway Arch National Park is abuzz with activities this spring. From yoga and boot camp classes at Kiener Plaza to riverboat cruises and Tram Rides to the Top of the Arch, join us for springtime fun!
Saturday, April 7, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the North Gateway of Gateway Arch National Park
Celebrate outdoor fun at Gateway Arch National Park at this free, family-friendly event featuring live music, food and drink vendors, face painters, yoga, lawn games and a scavenger hunt tour of the park. After four years of construction on the park, all fences will be down at the event allowing visitors full access to the park.

Let’s get fit, St. Louis! Namaste with a free, 45-minute, all levels sunrise yoga class led by Yoga Buzz every Tuesday at 7 a.m. from April 17 to October 16. If you’re not an early riser, break a sweat after work at boot camp on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. Classes start May 2 and are led by Heath Norton, owner of TITLE Boxing Club-Rock Hill. The Health and Wellness Series is presented by Centene Charitable Foundation.
Construction Walking Tours
April 17; May 8; June 19 at 6:15 p.m. at the Old Courthouse
See construction progress up-close and learn about the CityArchRiver project during a free walking tour of the renovations at Gateway Arch National Park. Tours will meet at the Old Courthouse at 6:15 p.m. and depart promptly at 6:30 p.m. Reserve your spot here.
National Park Week
April 21 – 29 at Gateway Arch National Park
Celebrate 102 years of the National Park Service during National Park Week and on Junior Ranger Day on April 21. To kick off National Park Week, the $3 entrance fee to Gateway Arch National Park will be waived on April 21.
Saturday, April 28, from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at Kiener Plaza
Yoga, lawn games and story tellers, oh my! Kiener Kids brings a full morning of family fun to Kiener Plaza. The event starts at 9:30 a.m. with all-ages yoga with YogaBuzz, followed by live storytellers and oversized lawn games, including tic-tac-toe, Yahtzee and Jenga. Families can also channel their inner Eero Saarinen by teaming up to build a 7-foot arch with the padded arch blocks.
ParkRx Day
Sunday, April 29, from 9 a.m. to noon at Luther Ely Smith Square
The National Park Service established ParkRx Day to encourage visits to parks and public lands as an important part of human health. Gateway Arch National Park, along with its partner organizations and the City of St. Louis, will host fitness sessions and other activities throughout the morning to showcase the many ways St. Louisans can enjoy the revitalized Arch grounds.

All aboard! Relive the days when steamboats ruled the river on a one-hour cruise along St. Louis’ diverse riverfront. Narrated by the riverboat captain or a National Park Service ranger, this cruise highlights the Mississippi River’s important role in St. Louis history and the significance of the working river today.
